1. OVERVIEW AND LICENSE GRANT

 

By downloading any video, image, or digital asset ("Content") from Your Content Room, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable commercial license to use the Content in accordance with these terms.

​

Your Content Room retains all original copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Content. You do not purchase ownership of the files; you are purchasing a license to use them.

​

2. SINGLE-USER LICENSE

 

This license is strictly for a single individual or single business entity.

​

  • If you are a freelancer or social media manager, you may use the Content for your clients.

  • If you are an agency with multiple team members, you may not share one account across the entire team. Sharing login credentials or creating a "shared folder" of our downloaded Content for others to use is strictly prohibited.

3. PERMITTED USES (WHAT YOU CAN DO)

 

You MAY use the Content for the following purposes:

​

  • Social Media: Organic posts, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest pins for your personal or business accounts.

  • Paid Advertising: Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.

  • Websites & Digital: Website backgrounds, landing pages, blogs, and email newsletters.

  • Client Work (SMM/Designers): You may use the Content to create social media posts or websites for your clients, provided the Content is delivered as a final, "flattened" design or exported video (where the client cannot extract our raw video file).

  • Modifications: You are free to crop, resize, color-grade, speed up, slow down, and add text, music, or voiceovers to the Content.

4. STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES (WHAT YOU CANNOT DO)

 

You MAY NOT do any of the following:

​

  • No Resale or Redistribution: You may not sell, sub-license, distribute, share, or give away the raw, unedited Content as standalone stock videos or files.

  • No Digital Templates (PLR/MRR): You may not include our Content in digital templates intended for resale (such as Canva templates, website templates, or CapCut templates) where the end-user can extract the original video file. Master Resell Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR) of our Content are strictly forbidden.

  • No Competing Products: You may not use the Content to build a competing stock video platform, app, aesthetic gallery, or downloadable folder.

  • No AI Training: You are strictly prohibited from using our Content (or allowing third parties to use our Content) to train, test, or develop any Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning algorithms.

  • No Unlawful Use: You may not use the Content in any defamatory, offensive, pornographic, or illegal manner.

 

5. TERMINATION

 

This license is effective until terminated. Your Content Room reserves the right to terminate your license and close your account immediately, without a refund, if you breach any of these License Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Content and destroy any copies in your possession.
