2.1 To provide digital content and services

This includes granting access to video files, managing subscriptions, fulfilling orders, and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data is stored for the duration of the contract.

2.2 For marketing purposes

If you consent, we may send you information about products and updates (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data is processed until you object or withdraw consent.

2.3 To comply with legal obligations

We store data as required by law, including accounting and tax regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), such as:

  • Accounting Act

  • Tax Ordinance

  • Anti-Money-Laundering Act

 

2.4 To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

This is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data is stored until claims expire.

2.5 Based on your consent

If applicable, your data is processed only for the purposes you agreed to (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

  • data required to enter into a contract or complete an order (e.g., name, email, billing details)

  • data generated while using our services (e.g., email, login information, subscription activity)

If required data is not provided, we may be unable to enter into or execute the contract.
